The production line includes air outer panel assembly, front floor beam assembly, right front longitudinal beam assembly, left front longitudinal beam assembly, left fender process parts, right wheel cover inner panel, right wheel cover outer panel, front wall panel, rear wall panel

          There are three models of KUKA robots for maintenance: KR 120 R2500 Pro KR 180 R2500 extra、KR 210 R2700 extra。

          Some KUKA robots have already shown maintenance prompts: MHB 2 small-scale electrical maintenance is due, MHB 2 spindle maintenance is due, MHB 2 central manual maintenance is due, and MHB 2 basic inspection is due.

The following faults were found during the maintenance of KUKA robots:

1. Teaching pendant button malfunction;

2. Poor contact of teaching pendant wires;

3. The joint at the body is broken;

4. The external shaft fixed joint on the body is broken;

5. External signal cable box without cover;

6. Oxidation of battery wiring;

7. Balance cylinder pressure gauge inlet oil;

8. The external fan speed is too low;

9. KSS 15020 is activated in operation mode, and the emergency stop function is only partially effective;

10. KSS02858 confirms the stop caused by Feldbus error;
